🎯 What you’ll do
• Craft intuitive, user-friendly web & mobile applications
• Translate complex business needs into clear user flows and elegant designs
• Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes (low ➝ high fidelity)
• Design advanced UI components (tables, trees, charts, picklists, etc.)
• Contribute to user stories and improve development efficiency
• Ensure consistency and scalability across digital products
• Apply user-centered design backed by data, research & feedback
• Present and defend your design decisions with confidence 💡
• Define and maintain UI/UX guidelines and best practices
• Collaborate in an international, cross-functional team 🌍
🧠 What you bring
• Strong experience in UI/UX design for both simple and complex applications
• Proven ability to translate requirements into impactful designs
• Hands-on expertise with design tools (Figma preferred) 🎨
• Deep understanding of UX principles, patterns, and usability
• Experience with user research, personas, and testing
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving
• Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
➕ Nice to have
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Familiarity with Angular / React
• Understanding of full development lifecycle & micro frontends
