Our challenge
We are looking for a highly experienced Front-End Developer with expertise in Angular and React. This role involves leading the development of scalable, responsive user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating business requirements into high-quality technological solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical leadership skills and deep understanding of Angular to drive UX excellence and support the organization’s digital transformation efforts
Additional Information
*The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below)
The Role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of responsive Angular frontend applications supporting enterprise process
- Collaborate with UI/UX, product managers, and back-end teams to translate requirements into high-quality, scalable interfaces
- Ensure application responsiveness, accessibility, and performance standards are met across platforms and devices
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and optimize UI/UX support for high user satisfaction
- Automate build, deployment, and testing workflows supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
- Troubleshoot front-end issues, fix bugs, and optimize load times supporting enterprise performance standards
- Maintain detailed documentation of UI architecture, component design, and operational guidelines
- Keep abreast of latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices for UI/UX development supporting enterprise stand
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise web application development using Angular, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript
- Proven track record delivering scalable, responsive, and high-performance enterprise UI solutions supporting complex workflows
- Experience collaborating with product, UX/UI, and backend teams during agile development cycles
- Familiarity with automated testing support in enterprise environments supporting high-quality standards
- Industry experience supporting scaled deployment environments or enterprise applications in regulated sectors (preferred)
