Job Description:
- This is a Need for an ideally Hands On Angular UI Lead/Development Manager.
- This role is part tech lead, resource manager, and project manager with strong Angular background, ideally not strictly hands on anymore but very conversant with tech stack.
- The expectation is for the person to serve as the "face, eyes, and ears" of the migration/modernization project.
- About 50% of the focus will be on Angular/UI migration, the rest on managing non-technical/portfolio activities.
- They migration from an outdated Angular 6/ .NET application to a the current industry Standard.
- They need someone to help led significant rewrite and rearchitected rather than a simple upgrade.
- This person will assess and make recommendations for upgrades and modernization.
- Then transition into a Supervisor/Portfolio Manager role over time — initially leading one Scrum POD, with the potential to oversee additional teams later.
- Ideally experience managing big team including onsite, offshore and near shore.
