We are looking for an experienced Java developer (Senior Developer level) to work within a development team on projects assigned to us by clients. Ideally, the candidate will also be proficient in front-end technologies, such as Angular.
We expect the candidate to be not only highly technically competent but also to have proven experience in managing a group of Java developers in defining and distributing their tasks as well as in organizing code review activities.
The candidate will also need to demonstrate that they possess excellent abilities at various levels:
- the ability to abstract in order to propose solutions for improving an existing application, but also to design new developments.
- understanding of business needs
- integration into an existing team.
The candidate must also be proficient in the following technologies:
Java EE - 10 years of experience
• RDBMS - SQL - JPA - 10 years of experience
· WS REST - 5 years of experience
• Security via OAuth - 3 years of experience
Angular - 5 years of experience
Spring - 8 years of experience
The language regime can be French or Dutch, but a basic knowledge of the second national language is required. The team the candidate will be joining is, however, primarily French-speaking.
