Metrica USA, part of the Metrica Consulting Group, is looking for a hands-on Frontend Developer (Angular) to join a long-term project within a highly regulated financial environment.
This role has a strong focus on frontend development, ideal for candidates who enjoy building user-facing solutions while collaborating with backend teams.
Requirements
Must have:
- Strong experience as a Frontend Developer using Angular.
- Hands-on coding and troubleshooting mindset.
- Solid understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Nice to have:
- Basic to intermediate backend experience with Java.
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Urbancode).
- Experience with AWS services (S3, SQS, SSM, KMS).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular.
- Troubleshoot and resolve frontend-related issues.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
- Work with SQL databases for basic data validation and troubleshooting.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
- Work effectively in an enterprise, highly regulated environment.
