Required Experience & Skills
- Lead Developer: Over 7 years in complex project development, including at least 2 years in a formal leadership capacity.
- Front-End Expertise: 7+ years specializing in UI development (MVC patterns) for sophisticated, scalable applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
- Full-Stack Development: 7+ years building and maintaining web applications with technologies including HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, and modern front-end frameworks.
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related technical field (copy required with submission).
- 7+ years of back-end development with .NET/C# or Java/Spring Boot for n-tier web/cloud applications.
- 7+ years designing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), including secure web services (SOAP/RESTful APIs).
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Entity Framework.
- 7+ years using unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit preferred).
- 5+ years with distributed version control systems, specifically Git.
- 2+ years designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- 2+ years working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- 2+ years in a federal or state government environment (experience with Health and Human Services or Integrated Eligibility systems like SNAP, TANF, or Child Support is a significant advantage).
