We are building a scalable, secure, and user-centric platform and are looking for a passionate Intermediate Full-Stack Developer to join our small, but rapidly growing team. The Role
We're seeking an experienced Intermediate Full-Stack Developer to contribute to both the front-end and back-end development of our core platform. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining new features, ensuring performance and security, and working collaboratively with product and design teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and secure back-end services and APIs.
- Implement engaging and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
- Design and manage NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Neo4j, DynamoDB).
- Collaborate with the team on architectural decisions, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Ensure high quality and performance through unit and integration testing.
- Contribute to the entire application lifecycle, from conception to deployment and operation.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Proven proficiency in a core back-end language (e.g., Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, Java/Spring Boot, or Go).
- Strong experience with a modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Demonstrable expertise in developing and optimizing applications using NoSQL databases.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in the Fintech or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding of security best practices, especially in a financial context.
- Communication: Fluent English is mandatory for internal and external communication.
- Location: Based in the Antwerp area, as the role requires a hybrid work setup (partially in-office, partially remote).
