Digital Tech Lead & Scrum Master
This is an opportunity to lead a cross-functional team in the delivery of Generative AI projects within a Digital Technology Solutions team. The role requires a strong focus on project management and agile methodologies to drive outcomes and support the team's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Generative AI use cases.
- Coordinate project tasks, manage risks and timelines, and maintain project plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
- Drive the project backlog in partnership with the Product Owner.
- Assist with initial project intake and scoping activities.

Required Skills and Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and backlog management.
- Familiarity with .NET and Angular frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and various project management tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated risk management capabilities.
- A passion for Agile practices and GenAI technologies.
- The ability to take ownership and drive delivery.
- Background in the pharmaceutical industry.
Nice to Have
- Experience in GxP environments.
- A strong interest in GenAI and digital innovation.

- Location: Hybrid, with 2 days on-site and 3 days remote.
