Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Front End / Angular Developer with
10+ years of expertise in building scalable, responsive, and secure web applications. The ideal candidate will lead the development of complex front-end architectures, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in UI/UX design, code quality, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of new features and enhancements for large-scale applications in an iterative, agile environment.
- Optimize and refactor existing codebases to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Estimate and plan work as part of Agile/Scrum teams, providing technical input and guidance.
- Coordinate implementation and conduct thorough testing to ensure features meet functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid-level developers, promoting coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end components with back-end services.
- Drive adoption of modern front-end frameworks, architectures, and security standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in Angular 15+.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design, including experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including ES6+ features.
- Hands-on experience with micro-frontend architectures and server-side rendering.
- Solid understanding of web security best practices for front-end applications.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading front-end engineering efforts in enterprise environments.
