Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Front-End Software Troubleshooter to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role involves diagnosing and resolving front-end software issues, collaborating with developers to address user experience concerns, and ensuring high functionality and usability of web-based systems. Additional responsibilities include debugging, testing for software bugs, providing technical support for subscribers, assisting with onboarding new clients and contributing to continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

Experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals for web troubleshooting
Proficiency in debugging tools and frameworks such as Chrome DevTools
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and responsive design principles
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) optimization
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field preferred
Willingness to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL
